(500:1002) Invalid communication / Unexpected Error

When trying to add a customer and charge a transaction through the API I get "An unexpected error occured. Please try again later." as the response with no details in the error log. When I try and setup the customer manually from within your portal It returns

"Failed to add customer. (500:1002) Invalid communication"

Also with nothing in the error log. Please advise. I am using a newly activated cheddarpay gateway.

    Hi Kevin,

    Sorry about that! It looks like you're seeing this error because Assembly requires billing addresses to have a country code. The country code needs to be either an alpha-2 or alpha-3 ISO code (such as US or USA). Give that a try and let me know how it goes!
