Unicode mangling of names
I tested the email support through SendGrid. My name should be Jökull Sólberg Auðunsson but somewhere along the way it seems to be decoded or encoded with the wrong character set.

Hi Jökull --
Attached is an example of an email sent from CG using our own SendGrid account to you. I'd like to look into this further to see if we can get to the bottom of things with the SMTP validation test email in particular. There could be something wrong with just that email type. Can you send me the raw headers for that email here?

Consider the issues closed for now. I'll reopen if I see it when I test it later.

It turns out that we weren't using UTF-8 encoding for the credential test email. We've already released a patch. If you like, you can retry the test and see if you get the desired result.
