I often find myself needing to resend an email notification to my users (e.g., "your payment has expired, etc.)

Is there a way to do this?

Hi Clay -- When viewing the invoice detail in the UI that is related to the email notification, you'll find a link at the bottom that says "Send Decline Email" or "Send Receipt Email" depending on if the invoice is paid or remains outstanding due to a declined payment.

    Are you referring to :
Configuration > Customer Communications > Payment Declined?

Or to the Customer's record and viewing an invoice?

I don't see a "Send Decline Email" in either place.

It would help a lot if you could provide the path to get to this and (if it's in teh general Cust. Comm., how to choose the customer it's sending to.

Go to the customer's page in the UI, then click "Invoices" in the menu on the left. Click the relevant invoice record. Then click the email link at the bottom of the invoice.
