Created customer from new Dashboard and email hyperlink to Mangage My Account and Cancel Account says Customer Key Invalid

I have not changed this link and it was working for folks who we emailed most recently (maybe a week or so ago)

BACKGROUND
1. I was not able to create a new Customer in the current dashboard.
2. I created it in the New Dashboard, so perhaps there's some glitch??

It lands on this page:
https://bungalow.chargevault.com/cancel?code=[email blocked]&key=7bbceed3d3

But gives this error:
400: Customer key is invalid
