Customer in New Zealand gets "Subscription Expired" on their renewal date
New Zealand is 12 hours ahead of us.
Just about every month their subscription (when checked from THERE
shows invalid on their bill date. But it shows valid when checked
from here in the USA).
I'm thinking this might be a timezone problem.
Any thoughts?

You'll need to be more descriptive about this problem. I agree that it sounds like a timezone issue but I suspect that it's not a problem with CG but something else. I'm happy to help but we'll need more detail.

I just realized what I need to do is to set my PC to NZ time zone to see if I can repro the symptom.
But, here's more info :
The symptom is that, on a day when their subscription is renewing (their bill date), they (on some monthly renewal dates) get a return value that says "Expired".
But if I check it myself here in the USA (at roughly the same time) I get a valid return value (subscription valid.)

What do you mean by "get a return value"?
