How can I forbid user downgrading paid plan to free plan when we are using simple option?

Plan A:           $45/month
Free Plan B:  $0/month

1. Jill is on Plan A and is billed $45
2. Jill changes to Free Plan B
3. Jill is on Plan B and is billed $0

This session will happen when we use ChedaarGetter's hpp to handle user's subscriptions. Please check these attachments for details.

   I suggest not displaying the free trial plans within hpp at all. You can do that by unchecking the 'active' checkbox for a plan. For example, https://cheddargetter.com/admin/plans/edit/id/549f4eac-d86a-11e0-ba...

   I have disabled the free trial plans follow your suggestion, but the free trial plan is still displayed in the hpp.

   There is some session based cacheing of plan data within the hosted interface. If you clear your cookies for .chargevault.com, the cache is cleared.
