The paypal gatway is not responding corretly

The response from the gateway was not recognized

Hi guys i am running the site paperloo.com and the primary means for taking orders is through paypal. Last night it was working great. Unfortunately this morning its not working. I would really like to get this up and running asap.

Here is a dump from the response object

   Hi there -- Unfortunately we're not getting much back from PayPal. You can see a little more info in your error log:

   https://cheddargetter.com/admin/report/errors

   In this case, there error is: "520002:Internal Error".

   Thats not good. I am assuming this is a paypal issue. Have you guys experienced this with other customers recently? What do i have to do to get my site working again.

   Have you tried this again recently? This could very well be temporary. We have not heard from any other customers with this issue.

   It looks like its working now. I have been told that paypal is notoriously bad with reliable service. Have you guys found that to be true? Or is this just a one off.
