Unable to Create New Customer w/o Payment Info

This is for creating new customers under my Pro Product

I've unchecked in my settings: Require payment method on paid subscriptions

But it's still asking for payment info when I try to create a new Pro Free (without any recurring charges but has overage amounts) customer. Both in cheddargetter.com and through the API.

Am I missing something?

    Hi Dana,

    It's probably because that plan is 'billed initially on signup.' If you have tracked items with overage, CG is trying to bill immediately so it needs a payment method. Is this the case?

    That must be... I changed to Bill after 1 Day and it worked. Even though the Initial Bill on Signup is ZERO. I'll test too that everything will be fine tomorrow that it won't auto cancel with a ZERO bill tomorrow.
