A customer id or code is required ?

Under Activity>Errors I see the message "A customer id or code is required ". What does that mean?

    That would be because you're issuing an API without an identifier when one is required. Most, if not all, of your errors are from customers/cancel API calls with an empty code. The request URI for the most recent one is:

    /xml/customers/cancel/productCode/Stats_Service/code/
