Cancelled user to free problem
We can't convert some cancelled subscriptions to free plans. Waiving and running invoice does not work on these accounts. Example customer codes: 62671 and 120154. Reactivating by asking for paypal approval does not make sense because we want to convert them to free.
Other option we see is saving these accounts data and deleting them. Later, starting a new account for these users on free plan. But we are not comfortable with deleting accounts. Any suggestions?

I am very sure things are busy around cheddar getter and I'm very sorry for disturbing you. If you happen to find any time to look into this issue of ours I would be very grateful since this is an important problem for us. Even saying "sorry this is not going to be fixed" would be helpful.
Here are more customer codes that we have this issue with: 82811, 120392, 98462, 62671, 58882
