What happens when User cancels?
Hello,
[couldn't find this in the kb]
What happens when User cancels their account 6 months into a year subscription? Do we need to issue a manual refund or is it automatic?
Do we have to calculate prorated refund ourselves?

It's currently necessary to process refunds manually within the gateway interface directly.
