Hi Chelsea -- We're looking at this now. Can you tell me which customer this is? What URL do they go to to get this behavior?

It appears to affect all customers in IE. Here is the URL from one of my test accounts (ID# 13352): https://cashiecommerce.chargevault.com/update?code=13352&key=0b...

Hi Chelsea,
Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It seems IE doesn't like it when % symbols are passed in with the plan codes. We are going to work on a validator for these codes so they can't include symbols that will cause errors. Until we can get that finished, we advise removing the % symbols in all your existing plans. This should solve the problem!
Thanks,
Dean
