Change a declined invoice?
We overbilled a customer and his card was declined. He is asking me to change the declined invoice to reflect the correct amount. Normally I just credit the next bill and people are agreeable to that, but I thought I'd see if it's possible to change an invoice that hasn't yet been charged.

Hmm... no it isn't possible. An invoice is essentially "locked in" at the moment of the billingDatetime.
