I want to cancel my account

I can't find any way on the dashboard to cancel my account. I shut down my site a while back, have zero revenue, and yet I have been paying you guys unnecessarily for more than a year. Please stop charging me and close my account, or tell me how to do it.
Your dashboard doesn't even have a way of removing my credit card!

I was a big fan of Cheddargetter, but this is sneaky. Please do the right thing and make it easy to close accounts.

    HI Asif, sorry, not trying to be sneaky at all! In fact, this is the best way we've found to allow customer cancellation. We're always available here on support to help you with your account.
