I don't see Coupon Code on the ChargeVault payment page

I created a Promotion but I'm not seeing any coupon code text box on the Chargevalut payment page.

I did originally limit the Promotion to only one Plan and then changed it to NOT limited to any particular plan.

SHOULD I be seeing that?
Do I need to enable the coupon code?
BTW, a much better name for that is "Referral Code" so that folks who do NOT have one won't feel "left out" or go searching for one (possibly disrupting the sales process)

   Hi Clay, we answered this question a couple times before for you. Promo codes are available only via API.

   I added an extra Product* to allow us to do 1 free month style promotions.
   (We can't use your new PROMO feature b/c we use the hosted account).

   I was told we could add extra products at no additional charge. We did that
   to get AU and UK currency already.

   Hi Clay,

   Wanted to let you know that we've added the promotion feature to the hosted payment pages. See Configuration > Hosted Pages > Form Fields, last checkbox "Promotion: Coupon Code."
