Paypal - Refunding a customer and then cancelling him does not let refund go through
Hey,
There's an issue I've noticed for a while now with refunding and canceling a customer at the same time. When I refund a customer through the customer page, and then cancel his plan immediately afterward, the refund never seems to process. I have to go into PayPal and manually find the transaction to send the refund, which is obviously a bit of a pain since PayPal's website sucks so much. :) So I was hoping you guys could look into this, especially since refunding and canceling a customer is a pretty common workflow.
Thanks!
Miles

Can you send me a link to an example customer?

Do you want a link to one this happened with? It is pretty consistently true with every PayPal customer as far as I can tell.

Yes, please, a link to a customer account that displays this behavior would be very helpful.

This seems to be fixed now, I think as a result of upgrading paypal with their new update.
