Best way to give a customer a 10 day credit (or change Renewal Date)?
WE had customer who couldn't use the subscription for 10 days (our fault).
I'd like to just change their renewal date. Is there a way to do that?
I'd prefer not to give a credit b/c it messes up their expectations of "$X/month" and may confuse them.

If you click the edit button (pencil icon) next to the customer's subscription on their customer page, you will be able to change their subscription date.
