Monthly processing extremely slow?
I have the majority of my clients billed today, but as of 9:10 am PDT, only 15 of almost 800? Please advise is this typical?

That is typical. The recurring engine runs many times a day, picking up transactions and running them based on the date and time that the customer signed up. So it isn’t about slow or fast, but rather time of day. Looks like transactions are processing as expected for your customers.

THANKS for your reply. I wasn’t aware of how the monthly recurring actually processes.
If I cancel a client’s subscription and there is an outstanding invoice, the engine will cease trying that outstanding invoice, correct?
