cancel event before transaction event
I recently switched to the hosted signup page, and now when a new customer signs up, I see the cancel event POST before the transaction approved event. This seems strange, because I'd expect only the transaction approved event to happen on a new signup.

Thanks for confirming, Jacob. We had been unintentionally sending cancel hooks for PayPal accounts when a new preapproval is initiated. During the PayPal process before the customer "accepts" the PayPal preapproval, we place the account into a special canceled state. We had not intended to send cancel hooks for this special cancel state. We just deployed a patch to stop those hooks. So, that should do it.
