Hi Marc, thanks for your reply. I successfully connected our Business Sandbox Account to CG. Everything was ok. I then tried to create a customer using APIs but if i pass Initial Bill Date parameter I get a 412 error. Is that normal? Cannot we plan the Initial Bill Date if the users uses PayPal?

Thanks
Marco

What message do you get with the 412 error?

Yes, that is what 412 means but the API returns additional information about the error. You can also find that information in your error report at http://testing.cheddargetter.com/admin/report/errors

In this case, it appears to be: "Another customer already exists with code=marcotibaldeschi2011"

    Thanks,
    Marco

If they're unrelated, go ahead and start another ticket.

Ok, thanks. I confirm that even passing the Initial Date everything is ok. Sorry for this stupid ticket.
