Promo Code: Only applicable to certain plans, but upon upgrade/downgrade to other plans, still applies
Not sure if this is a bug or was made like this on purpose, but wanted to inquire.
We have a limited time 40% discount promo code for our base plans. A user signed up using this code, then upgraded to a higher plan and is still receiving the discount on the higher plan.
Ideally for us, that discount could only be applied to the specified plan(s) and upon upgrade/downgrade it goes disabled.

I suppose the default should be removal of the promo on plan change to a disallowed plan. I've created a ticket for the team to discuss. I'll let you know when I have more information for you. If you'd like me to remove the promo from that account for you, please send a link to the customer record.

Marc, if you could do that that'd be great.
