Copy paypal email address on email notifications

Hi Marc,

I have some feedback for you guys.

I have noticed our clients that use Paypal have 2 different email
addresses, the one they provided when they registered and the one the use
for Paypal. Could you include the Paypal email address as cc in the
payments emails?

Sometimes people told me they did not notice the credit card update because
the email the provided is not for payment purposes. Would be great that you
could send all these emails (CreditCardExpiring, Declined emails, etc..) to
both email addresses.
