Projected revenue

Are there any plans to incorporate projected revenue metrics into CG? All you need to do is sum all the "next invoices" for the next X days. Currently I have a hacky system to do this, but it would be nice to get some good CG graphs.

Hi Miles -- Funny, we were just working on this. It doesn't show up anywhere in the GUI yet but here's a json output of the current data (considered experimental):

All you need to do is sum all the "next invoices" for the next X days.

This would be true for some revenue models but not all. Your use of the tracked item system is somewhat static. Many others' usage is volatile over time. CG itself, for example, uses the items to track number of transactions. That obviously changes drastically over time so simply adding up the current invoices isn't sufficient. We're hoping to build in some "anticipated revenue" intelligence based on historic usage. Right now, we are simply summing the future invoices.

Hi Miles -- Have you looked at that json? Can you compare that to your numbers? You might be interested in this Chrome extension to make that data more readable:

    Hey Marc,

That looks really awesome. I like the segmentation of daily/weekly/monthly.
