New Python Client

Hello,

Just wanting to let you folks know about a new python client for cheddar which we've released called Sharpy. It offers a couple advantages over pycheddar including a bunch of bug fixes, support for much more of the cheddar api, and clearer licensing.

If you have any questions or feedback on the library, we'd love to hear back about it.
