Only show cancellations of customers that have paid in the past

Something I've noticed is that the "cancellation count" in my dashboard is entirely useless, because it includes cancellations of customers that never even paid their first invoice. i.e. It doesn't necessarily show customers who we have lost.

It would be awesome if there was a way to 1) view a count and list of only customers who have successfully paid at least one invoice, and 2) view a count and list of customers who have canceled after paying at least one invoice.

I understand that for companies offering free trials the current implementation might be fine. But the fact that unsuccessful initial payments (from people in India who PayPal doesn't always work for, for instance) count towards cancellation count is frustrating.
