Disable HTML Email
How do we disable HTML Email Notification so customers only would receive email in plain text format?

You can use Command ⌘ instead of Control ^ on Mac

Unfortunately this is not currently possible. All email is sent in multi-part format. Either the plain text or the html version will be displayed according to the receiver's email client settings.
