PayPal transaction declined
Hi,
I have a customer who has had 3 transactions declined by PayPal for the same invoice.
I get an email from Cheddargetter telling me it will eventually cancel this users subscription if it can't take payment but how long does it wait for this?

Hi Justin -- CG will try the transaction 5 times over 8 days and then will auto-cancel the subscription. However, in this case, I recommend you cancel the subscription immediately. For this customer, the declined reason is "Account [email blocked] is restricted". Usually that means PayPal thinks this account is being used fraudulently. You can manually cancel the subscription in the admin GUI.
