Is a zero dollar paid account possible?
If we created a paid account type that has a 0.00 recurring charge, does it still require a payment method to stay active?

Hi Duane--
It will require a credit card unless the plan is truly a "Free" plan, meaning that it has a zero dollar setup fee, a zero dollar recurring charge, and tracked items with overage amounts equal to zero.
If there is any potential for necessary charging, then payment information will be required.
