Refund vs. Credit
My apologies for asking a question that may already be addressed (but I could not find an answer). When I add a custom credit to a customer's bill in Cheddar such that their entire bill is a negative amount, does that simply carry over as a credit for future bills, or will that actually credit the user's card? Thanks for the info!

Hi David -- Custom credits do not credit money to the customer's card. If the amount of the credit is greater than the positive invoice amount, the remainder will be carried over to the next invoice.
