Discounts or freemium for opensource projects/start-ups

We megam systems are a boot strapped start-up from india with plans to beta launch our Polygot PaaS this month or Nov 2013.
Wondering if you guys provide discounts or freemium for budding open source start-ups. We plan to support only paypal to start with. The hosted billing will be integrated to our Rails app
Our code, proof of our work -> prototype:

    Hi there -- We are not offering any promotions currently. However, the Developer plan is entirely free with unlimited testing. You only need to pay us when you are ready to bill your own customers.
