Restricting Paid Plans from changing to Free Trial Plan

Currently,

If I have a Paying subscriber they should not be to switch back to a Free Trial Plan. How can I stop this from happening. Is the only option to have the Free Trial not setup inside CheddarGetter?

I like having it part of CG since you guys send email notifications, and retain customer info in the CG customer db.

Please let me know .

Thanks.

I see what you mean. Are you using tracked items at all?

No, I decided not to use tracked items for my purposes.

It makes more sense for me to create individual plans...

    Here is my setup....

    Let me know.....

Also 1 other question.... If I decide to add another plan called,
"YEARLY-10%OFF-1 Connection" or something like this , how can I organize the
listing priority of the plan inside the choice list for selecting a plan. It
keeps putting it in the wrong part of the list.

    Thanks,
    Jeremy

Ok, I see. You can restrict returning to the free trial by using a tracked item to indicate that a plan either has connection(s) or does not. This would be like the "enable/disable" toggle example here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-basics

Set paid plans to allow connections and set the free trial plan to not allow connections. After someone converts to a paid plan, set that customer's quantity of the item to 1. Since the free trial plan will not allow a positive quantity of the item, an attempt to change to the free trial will be rejected.

Plans are ordered by annualized base recurring cost. Currently they cannot be reordered.

Did you ever figure out how I can remove a background that I added to my CG
    Hosted Payments custom theme?

There is no way to remove the image. Can you manually do it for me?

    Thanks,
    Jeremy
