Does your princing limits include free customers?
I see on https://cheddargetter.com/pricing you limit the number of Managed customers depending on the plan, does that include customers on a free plan?

Yes, it does. CG offers more than just billing. If you do not require any of CG's features for free accounts, like item tracking, unified subscription acknowledgment emails, access control, analytics and reporting, then there's no need to inform CG about a free customer.
