Hi ! Do you support operations based in Singapore?
Urgent questions!
Hopefully so - can we use Paypal as gateway?

    Hi Elijah,

Yes we have several merchants in Singapore and also a valued merchant account partner. Though, PayPal is always an option worldwide. Let me know if we can help further as you check out CheddarGetter!

    Best,
    Dean

Hi Dean! Many thanks for your reply! Say we only use Paypal, would paypal be integrated within our interface? i.e cusomters wouldnt get diverted out of our websites?
I assume Cheddargetter allows us to keep our feel & look as well?

and the fees for cheddargetter involved - does that includes fees to merchant bank or are those exclusive?

PayPal requires a PreApproval from each subscribing customer, so they are redirected briefly to PayPal, but other than that you can keep things to your app. Using the CG API you can create a seamless experience for your customers, or use our secure custom Hosted Pages tailored to your site's look-and-feel.

Our fees are completely separate from merchant account fees. You should expect 2-4% of revenue to go towards processing fees, though it varies.

    Many many thanks!
How do we get hook up with your preferred merchant account provider? we are a new start up so wonder if the criteria is very strict?

They like to see some processing history and your chances increase dramatically if you have an expected monthly volume greater than $10,000. This isn't the only factor, but it's a good benchmark. If you'd like, fill out and return here the attached pre-check form and we can help you look into that option!

    Hi Elijah,

I'm afraid it's even difficult for us to find developers available for free-lance work. Our in-house devs are equally occupied but if we come across anyone we will let you know!

Hi! We are integrating the API now, just want to check if there's any sample credit card we can use to test the payment and repayment to see if they work?
