offline billing support
Hi,
we work with some small companies who will be very happy to use credit cards for their subscription but also some really big Fortune 500 co's that will want to pay via wire transfer/cheques etc
How do we mark a subscription as paid if they transfer the funds rather than use a credit card...
Is the work around to create a paid/free plan and subscribe them to that manually once the money has been received?

Hi Richard -- Sorry for the delay. CG doesn't natively handle what you're asking for.
Most CG customers who allow payment outside of CG use a free plan for those customers. Then, payment by those customers is handled entirely outside of CG.
