billing question
One of my customers' payment recently declined. Normally you guys attempt payment a couple more times but I haven't noticed that you've tried again. Do I wait for you to tell me or do I manually reattempt?

This happens ever 2 days by default. When was the last attempt?

Cheddar attempted on 4/25 and it was declined due to insufficient funds. I haven't received any more notifications so I don't know if it went through on a subsequent attempt or if it's just sitting in limbo. See screenshot to see what I'm seeing.

Your screenshot shows it was approved on 4/28.
