paypal recurrent billing

Hi!
1. If I sign up with the plan paypal $9/mo + $0.25per transaction, can i set up recurring billing?
2. I live in Hong Kong, i don't have merchant account, can I sign up?
3. Is there any set up fee, hold back, and other fee?

   Yes. You can bill your customers via PayPal account to PayPal account transactions. All of your customers will need a standard PayPal account. Though, without a merchant account, you will not be able to billing your customers with direct credit card.

   Absolutely. CheddarGetter will work all over the world.

   Is there any set up fee, hold back, and other fee?

   No setup fees or hold back fees from CG. Our prices do not include fees from PayPal.

   Also if you are interested in applying for a merchant account, Payvision is an option for you in HK.
