Hi Marc,

I have two somewhat related questions:

1-Do subscribers (of the the merchant using CheddarGetter) see that the subscription and billing management backend is provided by CheddarGetter, or does the CheddarGetter name stay behind the scenes?

2-Can a merchant (a SaaS provider, for example) using CheddarGetter have sub-merchants (using the merchant ID of the parent/master merchant)?

Please let me know if my questions need clarification.

Thanks,
Seth

    1. Your customers never know about CG.

    2. If you mean "can I have multiple product accounts under the same
login?", the answer is yes. Otherwise, please clarify.

    Marc,

    Thanks.

Re question 2, let me clarify a bit. I am building a service that will include billing and subscription management (provided by a partner like CheddarGetter) in addition to the component we are developing. I'd like to offer my customers (blogs, online newspapers, SaaS providers, and other online content and service providers) one comprehensive product that will include billing and subscription management from CheddarGetter. So my questions is: am I able to integrate the CheddarGetter functionality into my product that will then be used by my customers? In other words, CheddarGetter's functionality will actually be used by my customers.

Interesting... Yeah, I don't see why that can't happen. Let's chat a bit about it. I'll contact you.
