credit card processing
What is the best option for supporting non-recurring payments for returning/active customers. For example:
inc.com is a product company that allows its active customers to buy widgets. As part of the sign-up the users provide credit card information. Two weeks later, a customer decided to buy a green widget for $45. How can inc.com leverage cheddargetter to 1) store the credit card information (as inc.com would rather not store this information) and perform the authorization/charge. I'm assuming we can setup an account as part of the first step (when user enters credit card info), and then secondly refer to that account whenever the customer decides to purchase the product.

Hi there -- There is a pricing plan frequency of "none". This indicates a non-recurring customer. Once that customer is setup, you can execute one-time invoices using the customer's current payment method. You can use this "current" invoice as the one-time invoice (as described here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/pricing-plans/pricing-plan-basics) or use a standard one-time invoice.
There's some discussion here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/discussions/questions/595-immediat...
