CG Billing Email
Is there any way to change the email to which CG's bill is sent?

We can do this for you but the intention is for all email communication to be routed through a single contact at which point it can be redirected to the interested parties. We use gmail filters for this purpose. I see that you are using a google apps domain so this would be a fairly straightforward process for you. Gmail filter reference
This unfortunately is not an exact science using gmail yet since it doesn't allow filtering based on a custom header. CG uses a custom header to identify each type of email. That said, there aren't many different email types sent by CG and filters using the basic headers have been reliable.
Other email clients can perform the same type of operation.
