CheddarGetter Plans
Does CG automatically upgrade our account as our customer count grows, or will we need to manually go into the CG interface and upgrade from Free->Basic->Advanced as we hit our maximums?

The only plan that has a hard limit is the free plan. The free plan does not require a credit card so we cannot automatically bump from there to a paid plan. There are no hard limits on paid plans. If you are using more than the included amount, you pay per item over that limit.
We do send an email reminder to the account owner when the limit is being approached and again when it has been exceeded so that the account owner can upgrade the plan as they see fit.
