We do not have any merchants based in Turkey at this time. The answer to your question depends on whether or not you are able to get a merchant account which is compatible with CheddarGateway. Have you filled out the form here? http://cheddargetter.com/admin/gateway/new

No, not filled a form, afaik Paypal International payments working with the Turkish banks, for credit cards and debit cards. but personally I never tried to integrate with them.
None of yours supported gateway works for me, is there any way work with Paypal as gateway.?

Paypal standard payments will work -- the question is: "does PayPal support merchants based in Turkey?" That sounds like a question for PayPal. See if you can signup for a business account.
