See attached. Just following up from this.

Essentially I need to have multiple subscriptions based on the service. A subscription user might pay quarterly for their subscription, but because they also have a domain name, they also need an annual domain renewal fee. How can we make this work without having to use a separate product?

Hi Henry -- You got me again.

Unfortunately, there isn't a good way to have a unique customer have multiple subscriptions running parallel on the same product account. You could use separate customer accounts (different customer code) and logically keep them connected on your end. That's obviously not ideal.

Another option is to use a job on your side to keep track of when a customer's domain renewal is due and add it to the quarterly invoice when the time comes. Again, not ideal.

Another option is to wait a few weeks or so for parallel one-time auxiliary transaction support. In this case, you would remember when a customer's renewal was due. When it comes due, tell CG and they would be billed immediately for the renewal.

The auxiliary transaction support should do the trick. You think a max of 3
    weeks away?

We're looking at a max of 6. Likely in 4-5. Requirements are being finalized this week and development should begin shortly thereafter.
