Pricing plan question
CG look like a great solution for my company except for one thing. The pricing, specifically 19 cents per user per month. I get the per month part for monthly billed subscriptions. But I offer a yearly subscription for $10. 19 cents per month is $2.28 on the year, and I'll be damned if I offer 23% of revenues to Cheddar Getter.
Please tell me this "per user per month" is really just "per user per subscription period". Is this the case? It has to be as I can't see how you would scare off a whole segment of your user base with a $2.28 per user fee on yearly subs.

Hi Jess - Your concern is certainly understandable. However, I think you're missing the "included" customers with the $39/mo plan. On the $39/mo plan, you can manage up to 1000 customers for $39/mo. $0.19/customer is only charged for customers over the included 1000.
