Changing plan, refund, money transfer issues

Hi,

I posted a question in this discussion few days ago http://support.cheddargetter.com/discussions/questions/2450-updowng...
However, I don't know why I can't post in that anymore, so I create a new discussion.

  • According to the articles and what I researched, refund will not be sent directly to customer's account (credit or paypal). It will be kept as "credit" and be added to the next invoice. Correct me if I'm wrong. So if customer unsubscribes or quits before the next invoice, what happens with those "credits"?

  • Another question, I'm using Paypal sandbox accounts to test money transfer, but it seems not working. Can you show me a way to check money transfer when changing pricing plans?

    Hi Nelson,

    Refunds and credits are two different things. More on that here: http://support.cheddargetter.com/kb/operational-how-tos/credits-and....

    What are you trying to figure out with your PayPal Sandbox? While CG uses this internally, I'm afraid it's not possible to test fund transfer with it.
