Pricing of Authorize.net
On the pricing page for Authorize.net, there are various charges:

It seems the total is about $93/month (minimum) for the
Authorize service which works with CheddarGetter.
Is that correct?

It looks like you're adding in the ARB and AFDS which are not requirements.
So, that's about $38/mo minimum to Authorize.Net plus a minimum of $35/mo to the merchant account provider.
