The next bill date will be 12/1 since November only has 30 days. All bills from then on will be on the 1st. The algorithm simply adds a month. So, the next bill date is 11/31, which translates to 12/1. If, for example, a bill is on 1/31, the next bill will be on 3/3, assuming no leap year. In that case, subsequent bills will always be on the 3rd of the month.
