How To View Customer Addresss
How do we view the customers address when viewing customers? We don't see a way to view the customer address, city, state, country. Thanks.

We've actually never had that request. We initially only supported postal code for AVS and so there wasn't a need to display it. Since we implemented full AVS capabilities, the display was not changed. Can you provide a use case for display of this information in CG? We consider it only useful for initially authorizing the credit card (if you use AVS). It is available in the API if you want to display this info in your app. You can also find the customer's billing address in the gateway merchant interface if necessary.

Basically, just for management and to view customer address details. Providing basic customer information details cuts the need for a dedicated CRM system.
