Email not passed to Authorize.net CIM
We're using Authorize.net, and have noticed that the customer e-mail is not being passed to the Authorize.net CIM. I'd really like to have that detail passed along. Is there any way to tell the API to passed it along when creating a new customer?

There currently isn't a way to instruct CG to pass the email to the gateway. This was done intentionally to avoid sending duplicate email receipts to customers. Gateways typically send email receipts which can cause confusion.
