Plimus
Hello,
We have an SaaS product that we are rolling out later this year. The pricing model is fixed price billed monthly subscription. There are different levels of product, from basic (1 user, etc) through to Enterprise (200 users, etc).
We were going to use Plimus, but I came across your product by accident today when browsing.
- What are the benefits of using ChedderGetter + AuthorizeNet over Plimus?
- Can customers unsubscribe themselves?
- Can customers view billing history?
- If a customer has a problem with their billing, do you offer support?

We're not familiar with Plimus. I'm guessing you're asking about recurring billing specifically. CG is more than recurring billing. It is a subscription management engine. It's recurring billing on steroids. We'd also suggest our own CheddarGateway over Authorize.Net. It's just as capable, lower in cost and we support the solution end to end

Yes -- all data in CG is available via the API.
We do not support your customers directly but we certainly do support them through you.
