E-Mai Format; Plain Text or HTML
When creating e-mail templates, there is a plain text and HTML version, yet I don't see a way to select which version we send out to customers. Also, is there a way to create a global header, i.e. all e-mails use the header? We want to put our logo in the header. Thanks.

We found the global header, oops, sorry being stupid. Still don't see a way though to select if plain text e-mails or HTML e-mails are sent out.

Emails are always sent as multi-part mime encoded messages with both plain text and HTML parts. The version displayed to the recipient depends on the recipients' email client settings and capabilities. Therefore, you must use both the plain text and html versions. Most merchants use a very basic text version and a robust HTML version.
